Description
SAIC is seeking a motivated and organizational-minded Project Management Analyst to play an integral role in our expanding Program Management Organization at our Middletown, RI office. This individual will be required to develop and manage distribution and tracking of project management support documentation, attend meetings, accurately manage project archives and develop various reports and presentations as needed.
Job Duties :
- Develops, reviews, and / or format Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and other documents to support government contract deliverables.
- Manages, develops, and tracking of project status, budgets, and schedules.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
- Takes and distributes meeting minutes.
- Tracks and monitors new and ongoing program activities.
- Works with staff from different disciplines, including management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production to complete tasks.
