Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment, ensuring smooth operation and identifying potential issues.
- Initiate and monitor application programs and system utilities to ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
- Maintain computer hardware and software, including libraries and automated systems.
- Address and resolve technical issues or malfunctions that may arise in computer systems.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems and basic office software.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Accuracy and precision in tasks, particularly when dealing with data and system operations.
