- Create user-friendly documentation such as user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, and online help content.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical documentation, including grammar and style checks.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a technical field such as Engineering.
- 0-2 years professional experience required; however, relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner with engineers and other team members.
- Basic understanding of the navigation systems being documented is preferred.
- Ability to gather information from various sources to accurately represent technical details.
- Familiarity with authoring tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms to format and manage documentation.
- Ability to create simple diagrams or visuals to enhance understanding.
Required Security Clearance:
