Description
SAIC has an opening for an experienced and motivated Senior Program Control Analyst to join our Corporate Program Control team.
This position is 100% remote nationwide.
Job Duties
- Participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. Involves significant interaction with Project Managers, Contracts personnel, Senior technical personnel, and other functional or support organizations
- Implements financial policies and procedures in support of projects
- Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines
- May develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries, and/or project schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) and Budgets, and possesses a complete understanding of related financial policies
- Develops and maintains Estimates at Completion (EACs) for projects and performs related variance analyses
- May provide support for new business proposal development, providing input to the Management and Cost volumes of the proposal
- Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program reviews
- Prepares written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances. May provide direction and guidance to lower level personnel
Required Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, with minimum six (6) years experience, Master's Degree in related field, with minimum four (4) years experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Proficient understanding of government acquisition process
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR government contracting policies and regulations
- Understanding of multiple contract types Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive (FPI), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Hybrid contracts
- Experience with Costpoint, COGNOS, and PowerBI
- Advanced Excel Skills
