DESCRIPTION : SAIC has an opportunity for a SIGINT Flight Engineer to join an elite team in Aurora, CO providing Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services focused on
SIGINT collection systems and systems engineering. Salary range is 145K- 155K.
Responsibilities include :
- Represent the government in executing spacecraft integration, test, launch, and on-orbit operations.
- Conduct anomaly support, launch and mission readiness, and end-to-end space systems architecture analysis.
- Maintain close communications with the program acquisition office and customer engineering organizations providing recommendations on risk level of spacecraft activities.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of mission operations and processes to ensure proper attention to health, safety, and effective use of national resources.
- Provide launch and mission readiness subject matter expertise to operations and engineering including readiness for launch, spacecraft initialization, and transition to mission.
