Description
SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to assist with the stand up of developing curriculum for the Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBCP), Blue Force Tracker (BFT) System by providing SME support for curriculum development and delivery of course material in Charleston, SC .
Responsibilities :
- Training evaluations and support provided in the creation of a variety of training products such as Student Guides, PowerPoint slides, and Instructor Guides / Lesson Plans.
- Course delivery by formal lecture and lab exercises utilizing actual systems configured for a training environment.
- Assess or test participants on learning objectives. Instructors will also perform post-event follow-up activities such as documenting on site user training statistics and lessons learned related to the training.
- This position requires limited supervision with limited instructions needed on routine work and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments. Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments, and / or representing outside organizations. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department of which may be a sensitive nature.
Travel : Our customer is the United States Marine Corps and will require training evolutions to take place in remote locations (CONUS / OCONUS) for up to two-weeks at a time.
