SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Experience (UX) Lead for our SCITES 2 Task Order. The UX Lead will be responsible for the overall user experience across the entirety of the SCITES 2 Task Order, focusing on defining and extracting operationally relevant, proactive insights from both technical and human-based sensors. The UX Lead will drive continuous awareness and understanding of the DAO SOUTHCOM user environment to ensure seamless and integrated digital experiences. A current Secret clearance is required for this position.
Responsibilities :
Overall UX Accountability : Oversee and manage the user experience across the SCITES 2 Task Order.
Insight Extraction : Define and extract proactive, operationally relevant insights from both technical and human-based sensors.
User Environment Awareness : Drive continuous awareness and understanding of the DAO SOUTHCOM user environment.
Digital Experience Integration : Create seamless and integrated digital experiences that meet the needs and requests of users.
Intuitive and Adaptive UX : Provide an intuitive and adaptive user experience that enhances user satisfaction.
Data-Driven Methodologies : Employ data-driven methodologies to create a positive, customer-centric experience across the organization.
Incident Management : Oversee incident management processes to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact on users.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user performance and experience.
Proactive User Engagement : Utilize data to proactively engage end users and address their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
Clearance : Must possess a current Secret clearance.
Experience : Extensive experience in creating seamless and integrated digital experiences, providing intuitive and adaptive user experiences, and employing data-driven methodologies.
Knowledge : In-depth understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and execute complex UX projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in UX design tools and methodologies.
Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Systems Engineering). Advanced degree preferred. & 18 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with DAO SOUTHCOM or similar organizations.
Prior experience in incident management, process improvement, and user performance enhancement.
Certifications in relevant areas such as UX Design, Human-Centered Design, or similar fields. Working Conditions :
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Occasional travel may be required to support mission objectives.
