Postiion: RPA Business Analyst
Location: Knoxville, TN
Duration: 6 Months
The purpose of this job is to analyze Business processes, and determine efficiencies through optimization, engineering and automation proactively and retroactively measured through KPIs and metrics for impact.
- Experience working in intelligent automation environment that includes Robotic Process Automation (RPA), OCR, AI/ML technologies etc.
- Analyzing new and current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct a thorough process analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction using methodologies and technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.
- Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
- Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience required
Minimum three years business process analysis work experience required
Experience working in an Agile software development environment preferred
Six Sigma Certified
Training in business process modeling preferred
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), OCR, and AI/ML automation tools and methodologies
