🎥 Media Replay Operator

Duration – 12 months
đź•’ Shift-based | Nights, weekends & holidays required
We’re looking for a Media Replay Operator to join our Studio Operations team. In this role, you’ll manage and operate replay systems, organize media content, and support live and recorded productions. You'll need a solid understanding of TV production equipment and workflows and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate server-based systems for recording and playback during live shows
- Edit and manage media content following naming conventions
- Maintain ESPN’s video/audio quality standards
- Support cross-functional teams and special productions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of TV production or broadcast experience
- Hands-on knowledge of production switchers, routers, and replay systems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
