Job Title: Operations Product Development - Design Intelligence Analyst

Duration:: 12 months Contract (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Product Development (OPD) Design Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and marketing teams to shape product design and sourcing strategies for cutting-edge hardware products. You will leverage your knowledge of emerging technologies, hardware components, materials, and manufacturing processes to optimize product features, design, and supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify evolving technologies and innovative product features.
• Use engineering expertise to model component cost estimates and optimize product design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supply chain improvements, and process optimization.
• Analyze industry trends and provide actionable insights for product development and sourcing strategies.
• Support product feature scenarios, supply chain investigations, and environmental assessments.
• Conduct regular executive forums to review architectural analysis and drive design optimization.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve ambiguity through data-driven analysis and decision-making.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• 5-7 years of experience in product engineering, operations, or related fields.
• Experience with hardware engineering, materials, and manufacturing cost structures.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
