Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss individualized process and pricing according to each clients' needs - answering all client questions
- Coordinate the delivery of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives with the assistance of an estate planning program
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is current and accurately filed
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide regular updates on their cases
- Processing payments
- Coordinate and execute the notarization of estate planning documents
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Provide general administrative support to financial advisors as needed
- Always put the client's best interest first
- Cultivate new opportunities within existing client relationships
- Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate matters
- Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance, and law changes
- Pursue ongoing education to enhance industry knowledge
