Compensation: Up to $20.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate, bonuses, and incentives plus amazing employee benefits and perks.

Saif Communications, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Master Retailer, with locations Michigan, Iowa and Minnesota has immediate opportunities on our sales team! We are looking for energetic, passionate and success driven people to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales team.
As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Saif Communications your role will be to work with our fantastic customers, educating them on the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer and guide them through the selection and buying process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Saif Communications, you will be:
- Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer by greeting all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner; including answering phones.
- Achieving or surpassing individual sales targets for products and services which include New Customer sales, Upgrades, Accessories, and Features on a weekly/monthly basis while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Educating our customers on all the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer.
- Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
- Assisting the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
- Completing all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Saif Communications.
- Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
- Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at Saif Communications.
At Saif Communications we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates candidates have the following skills and experience:
- 1 years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
- Spanish Bilingual is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team Player mentality! Always willing to help your teammates.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
