Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of imaged documents and forward them to the appropriate internal or external attorney or stakeholder.
- Sort and route mail and correspondences, invoices, and other records to the appropriate persons.
- Respond to inquiries for general questions and route inquires to the appropriate legal staff members.
- Prepare and send legal documents in response to hearing requests or other inquiries.
- Respond to issues by working with team members and the supervisor
- Maintain department files and arrange appointments when needed.
- Prioritize work load to manage competing priorities.
- Participate in daily workload assignment and adjusting job tasks.
- Order and maintain supplies for the legal division.
- Explore diverse perspectives and consistently behave sensitively toward differences in cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating. Work effectively with others who have different perspectives, backgrounds, and/or work styles.
- Continually sustain the Inclusive Leadership Competencies (ILC) through the Explorer level on an annual basis.
Recommended qualifications:
- Experience: One to three years experience demonstrating ability to update systems, support department projects, and to provide administrative support to a manager or department.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Other combinations of skills and experience will be considered.
