Job Title : Sterling OMS Support Engineer
Position Type : Contract
Pay Rate : $48.00 - $58.00 per hour
Location : Philadelphia, PA (Project-based) - 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Sterling OMS Support Engineer to join our team for a strategic business transformation project . This role involves supporting, designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business objectives while ensuring system performance and stability. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally , act as a subject matter expert , and contribute to key decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide production support for Sterling OMS Version 10 , ensuring seamless order management and system stability .
- Manage and troubleshoot inventory functions within Sterling OMS, ensuring accurate stock level synchronization across systems.
- Leverage Sterling Intelligent Promising (SIP) to optimize inventory sourcing and order fulfillment .
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to orders, inventory discrepancies, and system integrations .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and configuration enhancements .
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation , including workflows, support procedures, and system configurations .
- 8 years of experience with Sterling OMS Version 10 and inventory management modules .
- Expertise in Sterling Intelligent Promising (SIP) for order sourcing and fulfillment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with working knowledge of Java .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Advanced knowledge of Configuration & Release Management .
- Familiarity with design and build enablement processes .
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
