Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Manage shifts and provide hands-on support during service.
- Schedule, interview, hire, and train FOH staff.
- Operational know-how for both Back of the House (BOH) and the Front of the House (FOH)
- Appraise performance, reward, discipline, and resolve team concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and address maintenance needs.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and tracking stock.
- Achieve service quality, financial goals, and personal development objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and lead by example.
- Address challenges proactively and ensure operational standards are upheld.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food and beverage service environment.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Basic business math, accounting, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in oral and written communication (bi-lingual skills are a plus).
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.
