Job Description:
As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously
- Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience with Resy, Open Table, a plus!
