Job Overview:
Sail Internet is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to help lead our growth within the Channel and Strategic Partner space. This role will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing relationships within the Channel, as well as generating leads with and through these Partners by maintaining a high level of communication, enablement/education, and visibility.
The Channel Manager will also be responsible for actively managing the funnel and closing these Channel leads to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by selling our Fixed Wireless and Managed Wi-Fi solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring proven Channel experience, relationships at both the TSD/TSB and Trusted Advisor/Agent level as well as a strong background in internet sales, with a focus on the SMB and Mid-Market sectors. Experience with fixed wireless and wi-fi solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Build, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners in the Greater Bay Area to drive sales and increase Sail Internet's market share.
- Achieve Sales Quotas: Engage in selling activities with partners, including enablement and lead generation as well as closing channel deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Partners and Sail Leadership Team to develop and execute strategies for partner engagement, channel development, and revenue generation.
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new partners to support Sail Internet's growth goals across the Greater Bay Area.
- Product Knowledge: Act as an expert on Sail Internet's fixed wireless service and product offerings, helping partners understand the benefits of our solution and where to position us.
- Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets and work collaboratively with internal teams to support partners’ success in achieving their sales goals while meeting our own revenue expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve channel effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in channel sales and partner management, ideally within the telecommunications/internet services sector.
- Proven track record in internet sales; fixed wireless experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build/maintain partner relationships.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of channel strategies.
- Knowledge of the Greater Bay Area market is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field is desirable.
