As the Leasing Specialist for this community, you will partner with the Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager to achieve high occupancy rates. You'll serve as both a trusted advisor and a solution-finder, carefully listening to each prospective resident and offering tailored options to help them select their ideal home. Delivering engaging tours, mastering property highlights, staying knowledgeable about pricing and market trends, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective residents are key aspects of this role.
