Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Sailer Insurance Agency, Inc. in Longmont, CO. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis. Licensing will be discussed after 60 days, signing bonus if you’re already licensed.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
- English - must be able to read, write, and speak clearly.
- Spanish - professional/bilingual proficiency preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent require
