We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service and hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required, contributing to an efficient workflow.
• Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed to maintain health and safety standards.
• Help with bussing tables during busy service periods to support front-of-house staff.
• Organize and restock kitchen supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Support banquet services by preparing dishware for events and assisting with clean-up after functions.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Basic knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, ensuring safe preparation and storage of food items.
