This position demands a deep understanding of data analytics, system integration, and enterprise solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Role
- Create and manage advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to address business needs, ensuring effective delivery methods, reusability, scheduling, and ad-hoc reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from PLM, ERP and MES systems to external applications and vice versa
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Devise and execute a data engineering strategy for the business and educate executive leadership on the benefits of data engineering and Support data governance initiatives
- Convert customer requirements into meaningful datasets using a wide range data transformation techniques and tools keeping scalability in mind
- 5 years of working experience as BI Analyst and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, commerce degree or equivalent
- 5 Years of Power BI experience with DAX and Power Query
- Basic understanding of manufacturing business practices;
- Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of advanced SQL (particularly T-SQL), SSIS etc
- Experience generating data visualizations with platforms like Power BI, familiar with version control tools like GIT
- Good experience with PLM, ERP, MES applications (e.g. Infor Syteline, Factory track , LN, Teamcenter PLM)
- Professional level certifications in Power BI, Microsoft SQL server
- Experience in an agile software development environment and with DevOps methodology
- Experience with Power BI administration, data warehouse design and data lake organization, developing or using API's,
- Familiar with CMMC data governance
