Identity security is the central control point for risk management for the enterprise.We are proud of our team and the culture we have built which has led to our employees voting us “best places to work” – 10 years in a row.About the roleAs a trusted advisor, provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security ProgramPerform assessment on customer’s current Identity landscape and build out their future identity road mapBuild out customers’ Identity role based access control and application onboarding programEnsure SailPoint best practices are followed through the project for a successful project deliveryAdvise and provide direction to junior resources on the project implementationProvide pros & cons to customers' for building custom tools to meet their unique & complex business goalsMaintain healthy business relationship with customers and partnersWork with other advisory services leads, program managers and provide recommendations on any changes needed for the program.Work with other cross functional teams to understand the product roadmap, product limitations and advise strategic direction to the customersDocument and present SaaS product adoption gapsRecommend areas where SaaS products consumption can be improvedSolve complex problems using product’s Atlas extensibility platform (hands-on implementation work)Additional Responsibilities (Optional)Manage, mentor, and coach direct reportsManage project scheduling, budgeting, risk, and weekly statusWorking with CSM renewals' team to lower churn risk, increase SaaS adoption, and either generate leads and / or manage new advisory services opportunitiesResponsible for existing Advisory services clients renewal opportunities and closureAbout you : 8 years of experience in technical consulting roleStrong communication and presentation skills needed to perform identity security program assessments and provide a road mapExperience with any Identity provisioning and governance products is requiredExperience with networking, directory servers, databases is requiredExperience with Azure, AWS is a plusExperience with Web based APIs is requiredExperience with Object Oriented Programming is nice to haveStrong organizational, leadership and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDocumentation management and ability to use project management toolsAttention to details even under pressureTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesIdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certificationis a plusExperience with data science & machine learning language modelsis a plusExperience with scripting framework (Angular, Node JS, TypeJS, etc..)SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
