Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist membership director as needed with all day to day responsibilities.
- Responsible for menu printing. Printing of all stationary and club promotional materials.
- Website updates.
- Organize event calendar in conjunction with Membership Director
- Event and holiday planning.
- Host events.
- Organizing gifts for holidays and Birthdays for members.
- Research members and create special memories for each and every member on their visits.
- Wine locker management.
- Understand clearly all club rules and regulations and be comfortable to enforce with members with the guidance of membership director.
- Ability to recognize all members at the front desk, take reservations via text message and phone calls.
- Answer membership enquiries via email and phone.
- Opening club and holding accountable dining room attendants to ensure that club is always in pristine condition.
- Manage music and TV’s.
- Conduct and review level one tests with new employees in the Butcher point system.
- Manage exterior garden and interior plants to ensure pristine condition at all times.
- Ability to work the service when needed, including front desk, kitchen server, expo, dining room, bar and high tea service.
- Management of night cleaners, following up on any improvements needed.
- Organization of the front desk. Ensure all wine list i-pads are charged, clean and organized.
PTO 80 hours (maximum of 2 work weeks and not eligible to be taken during the months of June and July)
Position will involve working at Sails Restaurant during the months of August and September.
Position will be 5-6 days per week as needed, 6 days will be require during peak season. 10am – 9pm
