SAILTEAM.IO has been retained to build a new tech team for a Client based in Winter Park, FL. The client is seeking an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure to join a rapidly growing real estate development and investment management firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is among the top developers of multifamily housing in the U.S., with ambitious growth plans for the future.

Seeking candidates who can set up a ticketing help desk system and oversee the entire IT infrastructure.
Ideally a background as a DB Admin and Azure and SQL experience.
Experience working with vendors, reducing costs, and building an internal IT department.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in IT and Information Security. Experience in some development is also helpful.
This person will also build out a small team.
