Description
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of Central Sterile Processing course is preferred.
- CRCST or CSPDT certification is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and good customer service skills are required.
- Math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Knowledge of Med/Surg supplies, instruments is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper handling of clean, sterile, and contaminated equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care equipment, validated cleaning and disinfection methods is preferred.
- Knowledge of various cleaning, disinfecting, and pretreatment chemistries and disinfectants is preferred.
