Job Details

  • RN CVOR position at Saint Agnes Medical Center
  • 10 shifts of call a month including one weekend
  • 48 hours per week
  • Contract length : 13 weeks

    • Job Requirements

  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU
  • California RN license verification required within 30 days of start
  • 9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start
  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form signed
  • Trinity I9 completed by the agency
  • Trinity Confidentiality Agreement signed
  • Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form signed
  • Trinity MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) dated within 30 days of start
  • Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot) required
  • COVID-19 Vaccine proof required
  • MMR vaccination proof required
  • Hepatitis B vaccination proof required
  • Influenza Vaccine proof required
  • Varicella vaccination proof required
  • Tdap vaccination proof required
  • Physical / Health Statement required
  • Resume and Skills Checklist within a year required
  • Trinity Profile with references required
  • Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form signed
  • Trinity Criminal Background Check dated within 30 days of start
  • Trinity Education Verification required
  • Trinity EPLS report dated within 30 days required
  • Trinity GSA / OIG report dated within 30 days required
