General Summary and Purpose:
The Rehabilitation Department Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing and developing the rehabilitation department. In collaboration with the Rehabilitation Manager, this position assists in the planning, organization, coordination, and monitoring of all rehab therapy activities to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of continuous work experience as a staff therapist.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS/HCP) certification.
Valid Therapy license in the State of Idaho.
