Job Summary
This part-time rotating shift position requires the ability to assess changes in patients' clinical conditions, make independent judgments, and modify care as necessary according to departmental policies and approved physician protocols.
Provides general and emergency respiratory therapy procedures to patients as directed by physicians and protocols.
Routinely makes rounds with physicians in critical care units, demonstrating knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in respiratory care, including airway and ventilator management, arterial line insertions, ABG analysis and interpretation, and bronchoscopy assistance.
Essential Functions
