Key Responsibilities
Delivers high-quality respiratory care services, including airway and ventilator management, arterial line insertions, ABG analysis and interpretation, and bronchoscopy assistance.
Routinely collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Acts as preceptor to support and develop new and existing RT employees, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
