Job Details
This position requires a 12-week commitment with 32 hours of work per week, covering Monday to Thursday from 7am to 3:30pm. The following systems will be used: EPIC, DR, and Primordial.
Job Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- License/Certificate Verification
- Pass a Trinity 9-panel drug screen
- Complete the Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Verify employment eligibility through the Trinity I-9 process
- Confirm patient and personal information security agreement through Trinity
- Submit the Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) through Trinity
- Pass specialty-specific competency testing through Trinity
- Undergo color vision testing through Trinity
- Meet tuberculosis screening requirements via 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-spot) test
- Receive COVID-19 vaccination
- Provide proof of MMR vaccination
- Provide proof of Hepatitis B vaccination
- Get an Influenza vaccine
- Get a Varicella vaccine
- Get a Tdap vaccine
- Submit a physical/health statement
- Create a Trinity profile
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest on the Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form
- Undergo a criminal background check through Trinity
- Verify education credentials through Trinity Education Verification
- Participate in EPLS training through Trinity
- Comply with GSA/OIG regulations through Trinity
- Obtain National Service Office (NSO) clearance through Trinity
- Complete System Access Form through Trinity
