Requirements:
- Current BLS certification
- License/Certificate Verification
- Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen and Trinity Code of Conduct Form
- Two-Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) and COVID-19 Vaccine
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and Physical/Health Statement
