American Heart Association certifications required for BLS and ACLS.

Additional Details
American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
American Heart Association certification is required for RNs in CCU, ED, and PACU, MICU, SICU.
License / Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
Fit Test required for onboarding.
9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start date is required.
Trinity Health Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement must be signed.
Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed.
Influenza Vaccine proof is required.
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot) test is required.
COVID-19 Vaccine proof is required.
MMR vaccine or proof of immunity is required.
Hepatitis B vaccination series is required.
Varicella vaccine or proof of immunity is required.
Tdap vaccine documentation or declination form is required.
Physical / Health Statement from within the last year is required.
Trinity Profile submission including Resume, Skills Checklist, and 2 Professional References is needed.

Trinity EPLS report is required.
