Job Details
Minimum experience required : Candidate needs to have experience in high volume, Level I or II trauma centers, working on a Trauma & Acute Care Surgery team.
Department description : Our team covers not only trauma, but also 100% emergency general surgery / ED unclaimed, and we anchor the trauma / surgical ICU. We don’t require that our APPs have critical care privileges, but it helps if they have ICU experience as third tier to their trauma / acute care surgery experience.
For NPs, we do not require that they have First Assist certification, but they need to be able to function as first assist for OR cases.
Job Requirements
Idaho state license preferred, needs to be licensed within 60 days
Schedule Information
7 days on, 7 days off 12 hr shifts
Days (0645-1745), Swing shift (1100-2230) – nights are covered but may need some coverage (would ask in advance)
Client not looking at starts past mid / end of June
Additional Details
A current flu vaccination is required to initiate the facility credentialing process.
DEADLINE : By First Shift of the 2024-2025 Flu Season
Candidate must be fully vaccinated in order to initiate the facility credentialing process.
