Schedule : Traditional clinic work week, M-F, 8-5 pm; 36 hours of scheduled patient contact time.
Call : No call requirement. May be contacted after hours about labs or critical findings.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a 650 provider multispecialty group practice that seeks an APP to work full-time at its Baker City location. SAMG Baker Clinic is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family medicine patients, including those with pulmonary, diabetic and arthritic / autoimmune conditions. The provider must demonstrate a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and work cooperatively with associates, providers and other team members.

Support : Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Baker City offers a 24 / 7 Emergency Department, daily anesthesia support, and full ancillary departments (MRI, X-ray, CT, Echo and Laboratory) with a newly remodeled clinic located inside the medical center building. The Family Medicine practice is currently made up of a Family Medicine physician and three Advanced Practice Providers. Also full-time on the medical staff is one Orthopedic surgeon and recruiting for 2 full time General Surgeons. Other specialties routinely available are Podiatry, Dermatology, Cardiology, and GYN / ONC
