Physician Led Multispecialty Group
Become part of a physician led 650 provider multispecialty group with a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. Our group is anchored with locations in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Ontario and Baker City, offering telemedicine opportunities throughout the region.
Full-Service Cancer Center
Our center offers medical oncology supported by a large group of community primary care physicians and surgeons. We provide Medical, Radiation and Surgical Oncology with an integrative team approach including nurse navigation, social work support, genetic counseling, clinical trials and nutrition services.
Weekly regional tumor boards allow collaboration with fellowship trained surgeons in various specialties, including breast, plastic/reconstruction, GYN oncology, surgical oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic and esophageal.
Innovative programs include lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, and robust clinical trials. Our team also includes the state's only fellowship-trained surgical oncologist.
Oncology Services in Rural Communities
At Saint Alphonsus Cancer Institute in Ontario, you will have the opportunity to provide oncology services to a rural community while being part of a large group practice with six other hematology/oncologists.
We bring cutting-edge treatments to the Treasure Valley through our advanced clinical trials program and robust surgical oncology team. This position will primarily be located on the Ontario campus, with one day of outreach to Baker City (one hour away from Ontario).

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program & Medical Oncology/Hematology fellowship
- Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
- Obtain Oregon and Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC-Ontario, SAMC Baker City and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
