Unit Specific Information
Must complete Pass/Fail testing during the first day of orientation. The EKG Exam is challenging and requires measuring PR, QRS, and QT intervals using calipers.

- I9, Drivers License/State ID, Emergency Contact Form, and E-Verify documents are required upon hire.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications must be updated prior to start if expiring within 60 days of the start date.
