St Charles Nissan is located in St. Peters, MO and is now hiring for a Staff Accountant position. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is a responsible, able to learn quickly and has strong attention to detail to join our exceptional team. Role Responsibilities
- Oversee Factory Payables / Receivables
- Post car deals to the accounting system
- Inventory Control
- Reconcile wide variety of accounts, schedules, and parts factory statements
- Ensure proper input of all accounting data to prepare a monthly financial statement
- Post factory warranty credits
- Coordinate and prepare month-end reconciliations for all accounts and year-end physical inventories.
- Accounting schedule clean-up
- Hands-on accounting position where you will be posting day-to-day transactions
- All aspects of the automotive accounting office
- Assist controller with special request
