Certification and Licensure Requirements
- BLS - Basic Life Support is required.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is necessary.
- A state license verification process must be completed.
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) documentation is needed.
Job Details
- This position requires a Radiologic Technologist – ARRT certified individual.
- A Radiation Operator License – KY is mandatory.
- Certification in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography – ARRT is preferred.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the field.
- Familiarity with EMR: Meditech system is necessary.
Schedule Information
- The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Weekdays and some weekends are included in the rotation.
- ON CALL responsibilities include every third weekend plus every third Monday-Wednesday.
Additional Requirements
- Proof of I9 or Attestation is necessary.
- A government-issued photo ID is required to be carried on person during hours of service to clients.
- Proof of Everify or Attestation is also required.
