Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide general office assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Manage and coordinate CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and functional events.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and project work.

Maintain department files, spreadsheets, correspondence, historical records, and other official documents.

  • Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Coordinate and disseminate sensitive/confidential information.
  • Procure office supplies as required for the Fiscal Department.
  • Support records retention program, adhering to company policy, regulations and guidelines for both paper and electronic formats.
  • Be forward-thinking, proactive, reliable, and act with integrity.
  • Assists with financial clerical functions, may include posting of entries as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Work in an Accounting/Fiscal department: 3 years (Required)
