Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide general office assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer.
- Manage and coordinate CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and functional events.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and project work.
Maintain department files, spreadsheets, correspondence, historical records, and other official documents.
- Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
- Coordinate and disseminate sensitive/confidential information.
- Procure office supplies as required for the Fiscal Department.
- Support records retention program, adhering to company policy, regulations and guidelines for both paper and electronic formats.
- Be forward-thinking, proactive, reliable, and act with integrity.
- Assists with financial clerical functions, may include posting of entries as needed.
