Overview
The Residence Manager serves as a role model and advocates for the rights of the individuals supported. The Residence Manager ensures individual safety, oversees proper maintenance and cleanliness of the residence. Residence Managers develop and implement Person Centered Plans and ensures training of adult living skills in a dignified and respectful manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or high school diploma plus 5 years of related work experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. A valid, non-restricted and acceptable driver’s license is required.

- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 5 years (Required)
- Group home supervisory: 3 years (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Valid, non-restricted driver's license (Required)
