THIS POSITION HAS A $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
The Skilled Maintenance Worker repairs walls by plastering, spackling, and painting; provides plumbing and electrical repairs; handles the replacement of windows and tile repairs; general carpentry work. This position will assist in other areas/facilities when requested.
Education & Experience
Five (5) years of related maintenance/construction experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $24.97 per hour
