What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Services Professional position at Saint Elizabeth Florence?
We are looking for a highly skilled Radiographer to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Florence. As a critical member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for creating detailed images using various imaging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Certification and Licensure: Must have active ARRT certification and KY LIC (KBMIRT) licensure or be eligible to obtain it upon submission.
- Education and Experience: Requires extensive experience with EPIC systems and proficiency in performing thrombectomy procedures for neuro cases.
- Skills and Qualifications: Must possess essential certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification.
Work Environment: Our diagnostic imaging team works on 4x10 shifts from 08:00-18:30, with one call day per week every other week. Weekend call occurs every seven to eight weeks.
Procedure Expertise:
Our imaging services unit performs a variety of intricate procedures, including Angiograms, Venograms, PICC, Port a cath, Vertebroplasty, GI bleed, Embolization, Biliary tube exchange, Nephrostomy, IVUS, Fistulagram, Trans jugular biopsy, and IVC filter removal.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Candidates must provide proof of I9 or attestation, government-issued photo ID, and proof of E-Verify or attestation if working on a compact license.
