Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I to join our team at Saint Francis Health System. This individual will be responsible for collecting patient specimens competently and accurately, supporting the general operation of the Laboratory, documenting collection and processes specimens efficiently, and performing phlebotomy collections in a timely manner.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as basic PC skills. They will work directly with patients and/or customers, internal and external customers via telephone or face-to-face interaction, and other healthcare professionals and staff.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-6 month(s) related experience inclusive of on-the-job or classroom training in phlebotomy
