JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Construction/Renovation Tech coordinates construction projects at the Medical Center and off-site facilities as assigned. The Lead Construction/Renovation Tech is responsible for the coordination of the construction/ renovation of assigned areas, arranges the procurement of needed supplies, assures workflow is maintained with various trade areas and outside contractors/vendors, spot checks work to be certain work quality is maintained. The Lead Construction/Renovation Tech will utilize blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer’s recommendations for performance of job.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period
Typical hours: 7:00a-3:30p
Education:
High School Diploma, required.
Certification & Licensures:
N/A
Experience:
Three (3) to five (5) years job related experience, or Trade School graduate with project coordination experience desirable.
