JOB SUMMARY
This position working under the direction and in collaboration with the director of Learning and Development, is responsible for managing the design, development, execution, and evaluation of professional development. This position manages and coordinates learning and development programs, ensuring programs are developed and implemented to support organization-wide efforts to retain, grow, and engage a high performing workforce. This position will design, deliver, and continuously improve development initiatives using data and analytics to set priorities and align with ongoing organizational strategic goals.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field- required
- Master's degree in Education, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field- preferred
Certification & Licensures:
- Current clinical certification or license (RN, PT, RRT, etc)- preferred
- BLS certification- required
Experience:
- Three (3) years of leadership experience- required
- Previous experience with education, corporate training/development- preferred
