Sustainability leadership and engagement initiatives are an important part of our Holy Cross, Catholic mission and could include: reviewing green transportation options, strategic visioning for campus legacy facilities, connecting students with external partnership to implement sustainability programs, and identifying methods to reduce the campus carbon footprint. Our partnership programs will benefit from mentoring by the Business Office and support for real-life business opportunities such as a student-run cafe. Educator support enhancement efforts will include benefit effectiveness assessments and implementation of potential modifications as well as taking a holistic and strategic approach to performance management, recognition programs and compensation. Finally, our school community will benefit from an analysis of the tuition and fee structure to consider a streamlined approach to family costs.
