Job Description
The Cath Lab Tech FT Days position is responsible for performing direct and indirect functions in the cardiac cath lab. This includes assisting physicians and staff with clinical and technical aspects of cardiovascular care, as well as miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
Responsibilities include assessing patient physical, psychosocial, and growth development needs, completing pre, intra, and post-procedure assessment, informing nurses and doctors of any changes in patient condition, and developing individualized plans of care. Additionally, this role involves providing teaching and guidance to patients, families, and staff members, as well as executing x-rays for desired views and prioritizing patient care based on needs and resources available.
