Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse - Med / Surg / Telemetry

Job Specialty : Medical / Surgical / Telemetry

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum of 1 year required

License : Registered Nurse License

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Must-Have :

Minimum of 1 year experience in medical / surgical / telemetry nursing
Valid RN license
BLS certification

Job Description :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical / surgical / telemetry setting

Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1 : 6

Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document patient care accurately and timely

Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care

Ensure compliance with established healthcare regulations and protocols

Support and promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
