Description
Master (CDM) teams and clinical department leaders to ensure accuracy of acquisitions; with local staff to resolve all AP Vendor accounts payable issues; vendors detailing the Procure to Pay process; with Health System stakeholders to reiterate the Master Data Management processes, practices and expectations. Provides analytics related to contract management including not limited to : off-contract spend, item usage and compliance. Support accurate supply expense reporting through item management including contract linkage, unit of measure and item accounting validation. Conducts training sessions and participates in Materials Management and Implementation meetings, forums, work groups, and educational sessions.
Decision Making : The carrying out of non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from management.
Working Relationships : Works with internal / external customers. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at director level or above.
