RN ICU position at Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center
Experience in level 1 trauma center preferred
Will float per the critical care RN guidelines.
Job Requirements
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
License / Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start
Additional Details
Must complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon)
Trinity OFAC must be completed within 30 days of start
American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel
All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS
Standard i9 completed by the agency
Trinity Health Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement must be signed
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
Proof of MMR vaccination required
Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination required
Proof of Influenza vaccination required
Proof of Varicella vaccination required
Proof of Tdap vaccination required
Physical / Health Statement required
Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date
Resume, Skills Checklist within a year, 2 Professional References required
